The Expo, co-sponsored by WWOA and WIAWWA, is host to major manufacturers in the water and wastewater industry. Learning, networking and sharing product information will be center stage at the Expo on February 11th and 12th at the Kalahari Resort. The Expo attendance continues to grow each year and this year will prove to be an exciting, fun, and interactive opportunity to meet water professionals.

New Exhibit Hall Layout for 2025
Registration Fee Per Exhibitor:
$600.00 before December 31, 2024 or $700.00 after December 31, 2024
Exhibitor Fees Include:
- Two (2) conference registrations with the first booth
- One (1) additional registration with each additional 8x10 booth
- Continental breakfast and lunch
- Table with pipe and drape and chairs
- One (1) 110 Volt electrical connection
- Sponsorship of the Social Event on Tuesday (see details above)
Exhibit Hall Hours:
8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, February 11th and 12th, 2025
Exhibit Hall Set Up:
Monday, February 10th: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Tuesday, February 11th: 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Raffle Drawings:
There are raffle drawings throughout both days of the Expo. Please consider donating a prize for the raffle- there's a field on the registration form to indicate your donation. Recommended prize value: minimum $50.

COMPETITION INFORMATION:
Hydrant Hysteria- A fast-paced competition where you put together a fire hydrant faster than the other competitors!
Meter Challenge- A fast-paced contest pits competitors against the clock to assemble a water meter from a bucket of parts!
