In January 2020, a threat actor executed a ransomware attack that affected all of the City of Oshkosh’s servers, workstations, public websites, and email systems. These threats are becoming more common in municipal and utility systems.  Tony will talk about the attack and the chain of events to re-establish the City’s IT system.
