Conference sponsors' preferences are given first priority; then booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. WWA reserves the right to alter the layout and vendor locations.

Booth Description

8' x 10' space, piped and draped, one table, two chairs, wastebasket, carpeting, one electrical hook-up and one complementary registration. Additional Booth Personnel may register below for the exhibit area only, for $75.00 per person.

MAC Fee - each firm will pay one sponsor fee, to help sponsor MAC Night.

Exhibit booth setup: Tuesday, September 14: 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm OR

Wednesday, September 15: 7:00 am - 10:00 am

Exhibition: Wednesday, September 15: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday, September 16: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm*

Exhibit booth teardown: Thursday, September 16: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

*Vendors are encouraged to attend the Business Lunch from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
