2010 Goals
- Monitor state and federal legislative and regulatory activities, identify those specific issues of interest and concern to Wisconsin Water Utilities, and keep the membership informed of important issues relevant to Wisconsin’s water industry through timely and effective communications.
- Promote communications and establish working relationships with state and federal legislators and their staffs, with key regulatory personnel, and with environmental and other organizations with common interests.
- Make recommendations to the Board of Trustees for resolutions that set forth WWA’s position on pending legislation and regulations at the state and federal level.
