Mission Statement

To advance and disseminate knowledge of practices, procedures, equipment and materials related to the design, engineering, and construction of water utility facilities and infrastructure.

Goals  

• Recruit members and get organized as a committee.
• Identify several key topics to focus on in 2010.
• Guide the organization on the use of best practices in Engineering and Construction of water utility facilities and its infrastructure.
• Help plan seminars and assist other committees on Engineering and Construction related topics.

Activities   

• Conduct quarterly Committee Meetings to discuss “Engineering and Construction” needs for the Section and our Members.
• Develop, plan and coordinate the details for a seminar to be held in 2011.
• Provide relevant topics and assist with qualified speakers for Annual Conference and/or other seminars.
• Begin to develop plans for potential seminar in 2012.
