Mission Statement
The Customer Service Committee provides information, training and networking for drinking water professionals whose areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, customer service, utility business operations, public outreach and interaction with the regulatory agency, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW). The committee prepares an annual seminar, usually held in June, and provides articles for the WWA newsletter. Topics include regulatory changes and issues, customer service best practices, new technology. Roundtable discussions with audience participation allow everyone to learn from others in the profession.
