Mission Statement
The Committee will assess the needs of small water systems in
2011/2012 Goals
- Continue to coordinate and promote the CLEAR Program.
- Assess the needs of small water systems and small system operators.
- Assist the WWA Awards Committee with recommendations on the Small System Excellence Award and the Gimmicks & Gadgets Award.
- Assist the Annual Meeting Planning Committee with small systems technical tract planning.
Activities Plan
- Put on two CLEAR meetings per region per year and add one region/captain in 2011-2012.
- Conduct an annual needs survey of small system operators.
- Provide engaged solicitation and evaluation of nominees for the Small System Excellence Award and the Gimmicks & Gadgets Award.
- Recommend 2 to 4 hours of Annual Meeting programming geared to small system operators.
